Whenever you hear “Well, that’s our tax dollars at work,” it’s usually meant as a criticism. Not so with this hard-working state agency!  A division of the Institute of Higher Learning, MCVS steps to the forefront, stretching our state funds by supporting volunteerism. From Katrina relief efforts to disability inclusion and administering state AmeriCorps, Senior Corps, and Learn and Serve programs, this group is truly “getting the job done.”
